This little lamp is perfect for bedside use. I use the first setting in the morning, second setting in the afternoon/evening and the red light at night. I wish I'd gotten it long ago!
After wearing the clip on glasses over my reading glasses, It has been MUCH easier to fall asleep and to fall back to sleep if I wake up in the night. I keep a spare pair of glasses without the clip on, so I don't need to remove the clip on during the day. This was an excellent purchase.

Have tried other blue light blocking glasses and my sleep was still disrupted after looking at blue light devices at night. When I wear these my sleep is sweet. This is what I wanted and am more than satisfied.
I leave in the motion activated setting. It is nice as you can adjust the brightness to suit your needs. I like it on low. Nice size. Pleasant red light. This is one of many BonCharge products I own. I have tried other brands and find Bob Charge is the best in design and quality.
The Bon Charge Red light mask has become part of my nightly routine. I have been using it for approximately a month. I have definitely noticed a difference in the texture of my skin. My skin is much smoother. I have not noticed a visible difference yet in the reduction of fine lines. I think that I need to use it for longer than I month. My skin does have a healthier looking glow since I started using it.

I'm very sensitive to artificial light, so I was looking for glasses that block light from the sides without looking too dorky. This pair does exactly that. They fit well and are great quality.
